Effective Date
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is effective as of 1st June 2025.
Introduction
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitutes a binding legal contract between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Astra Innovate Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We own and operate the Juicy platform (the “Platform”). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Platform Services
Juicy provides virtual health consultations and telemedicine services focused on men’s sexual health. These services are delivered in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020, issued by the Government of India. All consultations are dependent on accurate information provided by the user and may result in a prescription, advice, or recommendation. The Platform is not intended for emergency medical situations.
Medical Disclaimer
Juicy does not replace in-person medical evaluations. Our services are designed for informational and preliminary treatment purposes only. For emergencies or complex medical needs, users should seek immediate medical attention from a licensed physical healthcare provider.
User Responsibilities
By using Juicy, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, not to impersonate others, misuse the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Account and Access
Certain services require user registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. We reserve the right to revoke access without notice for misuse or legal violations.
Fees and Payments
Certain services may incur fees. These are clearly disclosed and payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments made via our authorized gateways are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Electronic Communications
By using Juicy, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other electronic means. This includes health reports, prescriptions, and updates.
Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. By using the platform, you consent to such data usage.
Intellectual Property
All content and branding on the Platform are the intellectual property of Astra Innovate or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform for any reason, including breaches of this Agreement or applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra Innovate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astra Innovate and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the Platform or breach of this Agreement.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through appropriate communication channels. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
Grievance Redressal
For concerns or complaints, contact the Grievance Officer: Support at support@juicy.in. All grievances will be acknowledged within 36 hours and resolved within 30 days.
