At Juicy, we’re committed to delivering high-quality healthcare products and services with complete transparency and reliability. While we strive to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfying, we understand that certain situations may require returns or refunds. This policy outlines the scenarios in which we provide refunds or accept returns, and how you can initiate a request.
Refund Policy
Eligibility: We offer full refunds under specific conditions. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or past its expiry date, you are eligible for a complete refund. We encourage you to report such issues to our support team within 7 working days of receiving the order to ensure timely resolution.
Refund Method: The mode of refund may vary based on the original method of payment. If you paid via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be processed back to the original source account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank’s internal processing timelines. If refunds are issued through a Juicy wallet or other in-app credit system (if applicable), the amount will typically reflect within 24 hours.
How to Request: To request a refund, you may contact our support team at support@juicy.in or via WhatsApp with your order ID, a clear explanation of the issue, and photographs if relevant. Our team carefully evaluates each case and will initiate the refund process if your request meets our eligibility criteria.
Return Policy
Report Issues Promptly: We do our best to deliver accurate, complete, and safe orders. However, if you receive an incomplete shipment, a wrong item, or something damaged, please notify our customer support team within 7 working days of receipt. Delays in reporting such issues may limit our ability to address them appropriately.
Non-defective Returns: We also understand that customers may occasionally wish to return products that are not defective. In these cases, we may accept returns of unopened, unused products, provided you contact us within 30 working days of receiving your order. These returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and are approved at our discretion.
Non-returnable Items: Please note that prescription-based medications are non-returnable due to safety and regulatory reasons. Additionally, opened, tampered, or used products, and items that are temperature-sensitive or customized, cannot be returned under any circumstance.
